5. YouTube (GOOGLE GROUP)

The Website contains embedded YouTube videos. This entails the use of Google Cookies related to the YouTube service. Google will receive information if you play a video, even if you do not have a Google account or are not logged in at the moment. Such information (together with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to Google and stored there. Some servers of the Google group are located in the United States and the data is processed by Google on the basis of the decision of the European Commission of 12 July 2016, no. C(2016) 4176, confirming the adequate level of protection for personal data transferred under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield from the Union to entities in the United States. Google participates in the Privacy Shield agreement.

If you are logged in to Google, this service provider will be able to associate the video played on our Website directly with your Google profile. The purpose and the scope of collecting the data and its further processing and use by the service provider, as well as the contact possibility and your rights in this regard, and the possibility of changing your settings to protect your privacy are described in Google privacy policy.

If you do not want Google to associate the data collected when playing a video directly with your profile in the given service, you need to log out of that service before visiting our website. You may also completely prevent plugins from being loaded on the website by editing your web browser settings appropriately.

YouTube also uses other tools for advertising and remarketing purposes. For this purposes, it uses cookies related to DoubleClick services. The aforementioned solution works as follows: a special code on the User’s device collects information about the activity related to the YouTube videos watched. Based on this

information, a User who watched a video embedded using the YouTube tool may have matching ads displayed on other websites belonging to the advertising network of external providers.

6. LinkedIn Insight Tag

The Website uses cookies of the LinkedIn networking site. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data regarding Users’ and LinkedIn members’ visits to our Website, including the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamp and page views. This data is encrypted and transferred (if consent is given) for processing by LinkedIn. LinkedIn de-identifies the data within 7 days, and the de-identified data is deleted within 90 days. As a result of using cookies on the Website, LinkedIn receives information about the User’s use of the Website and may assign such information to the User’s profile on the LinkedIn networking site. The LinkedIn Insight Tag service makes it possible to retarget the ads for the visitors of our Website. As a result, LinkedIn is able to show personalised ads off the Website by using this data, but without identifying the Users. In principle, the entity responsible for processing the data of citizens of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland is LinkedIn Ireland. In case of data transferred as part of the services it provides, LinkedIn complies with the standards and data protection levels set by the decision of the European Commission of 12 July 2016, no. C(2016) 4176, confirming the adequate level of protection for personal data transferred under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield from the Union to entities in the United States (LinkedIn participates in the Privacy Shield agreement) and the use of standard contractual personal data protection clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Server logs

Each time you use the Website, requests are sent to the relevant server. Individual requests are recorded and stored in the server logs.
